I know I haven't been on here much and I'm gonna try in the new year to revive my journal again. I just went through my friends list and completely cleaned it out. If I deleted anybody that still wants to be on my list, please let me know. It's gonna take me about a month to get this up and running again. I want to change the layout and start fresh. But before I hit here, I need to seriously take care of other things online first. It's been a crazy and hectic holiday, so I need to catch up on a few things.

So be patient and hopefully I can finally get this journal up and running. For now, if anybody wants to, they can check out MySpace and add me there !!

I'm sitting here in complete shock. One, I'm about to make my second post in a day and secondly, somebody surprised me with 2 months of paid time.

I don't know what to say other than THANK YOU !!

When I made the post earlier, I was just venting, I was not expecting somebody to do that for me....WOW. I'm seriouly in shock right now. When I went to check my email and there was one from livejournal, I was like WTF? My eyes literally bugged out.

I think what shocks me the most is that I haven't been on here in ages and kind of left you all high and dry and to find that somebody did for me, means alot.

Thank you to who ever did that. That right there give me enough reason to start posting on here more.

I'm not excited. No, never *lol* 3 more days till my baby finally comes home. It's been a month and this girl is frustrated beyond belief *giggle*

Haven't been doing much the last few days. Finally got the kids beds set up, only to have to head into town again to get a few parts that we lost during the move. Yesterday I took the kids to the library to sign out some books, only to have taken out a few for myself too. I think today is gonna be a veg day. I do have some stuff that I have to pick up in town, but I just feeling like sitting at home and doing pretty much nothing. Maybe I'll get a scrapbook page down, but that's about it.

I'm debating on my next layout. I still have no clue what to do for the header. I'm sure something will come to me soon enough. If anybody has any suggestions, but all means, throw them this way !!

I'm seriously thinking about going back to school. Since I live in a small town now, It will have to be through correspondence, but I know a few schools that have correspondence for courses I want. One is something that I have always wanted to do since high school and I keep falling back to it because I enjoy it so much. Interior Design. It's been in my blood for years, and I enjoy decorating. So we shall see. The others is business administration and the other would be something to do with computers. I need to narrow it down a bit. If I'm really ambitious, I can do all three. All three would complement each other. We shall see what the months bring me.

I need to start focusing on moving again at the end of next month. After that's done, then I can sit down and figure things out.

I figured I should get my butt on here and do an update. I've actually been meaning to do one for a few days now, but I keep forgetting. My bad *slaps hand*

To be honest, nothing really has changed since I last updated. The only good thing was that hubby got to come home last weekend and actually spend some time with us. Then he had to head back down to the mainland and finish his training. They said only two more weeks then he'll come home. I'm holding them to it. It's harder than I thought not having him here. The kids miss him like crazy. And so do I. There is only so much I can do myself.

I ended up only unpacking the stuff that I need right now. The rest is sitting in the garage and the storage room. I also took out all my craft stuff and scrapbooking stuff so I can keep myself occupied during the day while the kids are in school.

Sometimes I wonder why I update. Boy do I sound boring *lol* I have some serious catching up to do, so I'm sure there might be more to post in a bit.

I didn't know when I would get a chance to actually get online before I move on Saturday, so I figured I was on the computer I would do it now.

As most of you know, I'm moving this Saturday and it's coming up too quick. I still have a shit load I need to do, so I don't think I will have the time to get back online sometime this week.

Where do I begin?

Last weekend we went on a little road trip to the town that we're moving to at the end of the month so we could look at places. First off, we were only about a half hour on the road and I got a phone call from a friend that lives up there, only for her to tell me that the roads were really bad. There was a major accident that morning right near the exit that we were going to take to go into town. So we sat at Tim Horton's for about an hour and a half debating if we should go or not.

I guess it was a good thing that we debated that long. We thought, well we'll head to Hope and see if anybody knows where the road is closed at and go from there. We'll nobody in that town knew nothing about it. So we decided to head up to the Toll Booth. The worst they could have done, was told us to turn around.

We'll it was pretty much smooth sailing all the way there. I guess that time we sat back and talked about going or not, the roads cleared up nicely and it wasn't that bad for driving.

So we get there and we meet our friend at the local coffee shop. I look through the papers and phone some places. For the most part, there were either too small, just been rented or already rented, or they didn't like that fact that we had an indoor cat.

There was one place that was for rent that was a 3 bedroom in a 4 plex. But the only time we were able to look at it, was the next morning. We were hoping that we didn't need to stay the night, but we didn't want to come home empty handed. So we phoned the real estate agent and told him we'd meet him in the morning at this place.

We decided to drive around town to see if they had any rental signs out front, that weren't listed in the paper. We didn't find anything except one place. It was a townhouse, but not only was it for rent, it is also for sale.

We asked the real estate agent about it and he just kind of brushed it off. That night we met my friend over at the open mic and they had a paper that had a TON of rentals in it that weren't in the paper. THe kids played pool with daddy, while I looked over the paper to see if I could find anything.

We left early so we could see if we were able to take a look at any of these places in the morning. But of course, they were already rented, or nobody was home. So the next morning, we went to take a look at this 3 bedroom in the 4 plex. OH MY !!!! It was a dump. Didn't really surprise me, but it was just BLAH !!

The real estate agent mentioned that we go take a look at the townhouse, just in case. Well I'm glad we did. Not only are we renting it at the end of the month, but I'm hoping we turn that rental agreement into a home ownership agreement.

We fell in love with the place. It was gorgeous. The minute we walked in and the minute we found out how much this place was, we wanted it. It has so much potential. So on Sunday evening after we got home and had some dinner, I called my dad and asked him if he was willing to help us buy this place. I haven't heard from him since, so I'm hoping this is a good sign.

So cross your fingers for me everybody. This is big for me and my family and it's something we've always wanted.

*sigh*

And other than that, all I've been doing has been packing. Except hubby and I have been looking at furniture and stuff for when we can renovate this place. I'm giddy. Plain and simple. But I'm also stressed, cause I don't want this place to slip from right under us. We need to act NOW. I don't want this to turn into a bidding war or a fight on who gets the place.

I move in two weeks and I have so much to do still. I'm packing like crazy, but it seems that it doesn't get smaller with the amount I have to pack *lol* It's like there is no end in sight.

Now that I have talked all your eyes off *giggle* I need to go get the kids from school. I know I need to do some serious catching up, so I might see you all later.

For the past week, all I've been really doing is packing. I don't remember the last time I was on here for more than 5 mins and that was to check my email. It's been hectic and busy.

This weekend, we're heading up to where we are moving and looking at places. Hopefully we find something this weekend cause I really don't want to go back up in a few weeks. I'm limited on money as it is right now. I still need to book the U-Haul for the trip. But we haven't decided on what day we are moving yet *lol*

There is so much to do and the days seem to just fly by. Seems like I don't have enough time to do it all.

So bear with me for the next month or so as I will be scarcly on the computer.

That's about it for now. I'm sure I will find something else to write later that I've forgotten.
